Breaking Their Molds
I have seen Emilia Clarke in Game of Thrones and Solo. I have seen Michelle Yeoh in Star Trek Discover. Neither would be considered a romantic comedy roll for either actress. I found it refreshing to see them in this movie.
Review
I have a varied taste in movies. Trailers give me a good sense of what a movie has the potential to be. This one was interesting even if it may have been done a variety of ways. Half way through the movie, I had determined one of the plot points but was surprised when the movie provided a twist to what I was originally thinking. If I have not stated it before, I like it when a movie provides me with a surprise I was not expecting.
The movie did have a slow start for the first 10-15 minutes. Not a painfully slow start. I managed to make it through the slow part and then the movie just started moving. I really enjoyed seeing Emilia's character evolve in the movie. If I had not, this movie would have been a dud.

Rating
I would give this a solid SD movie. I would recommend adding it to your collection for under $5 or under $10 if you are big into romantic comedies. I picked my HD copy from Family Video with a 3 for $21 offer.
